What is the difference between a preorder and in-stock fabric?
In-stock fabric is available and ready to ship/pickup within 1-2 business days. Preorders are fabrics I will be ordering as soon as they are available for ordering and should be available for shipping/pickup by the time stated on the preorder. Feel free to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates on the preorder fabrics.
Preorders are not guaranteed, but we'll do our best to order the amounts needed. If we are unable to get your preordered fabric, the total amount paid for that fabric will be refunded.
Preorders will be shipped/ processed for pickup as soon as the fabric is in stock. If you purchase in-stock fabrics as well as preorder fabrics in the same order, they will ship out together once the preorder fabrics are in-stock. If you want your in-stock fabrics shipped/ available for pickup without waiting for the preorder, please place two orders- one for preorder fabrics and one for in-stock fabrics.
Can orders be combined?
If you and a friend would like to combine orders, please order everything in the same order. If you forgot to add an item to your order, or you just found another item you love, place another order and leave a note in the box at checkout. We'll combine any open orders as long as they have not been fulfilled yet and refund any shipping overages.
How quickly are orders fulfilled?
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Please allow time for shipping- orders usually get to their destination quickly, but sometimes it does take more than just a few days. Please contact me if you have not received your order within 2 weeks!
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Any overages over $0.50 will be refunded.
Can I pick up my order?
A free local pickup option is available at Health 2 U in Seminole, Tx. Place your order online and select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. Wait for the email or text that your order is ready and follow the instructions given!
Can I return my order?
All orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is an error with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Please note - Color Variations
We have done our very best to try to represent the color as accurately as possible, but please remember that colors appear differently on each monitor or screen. Colors will also vary slightly from the digital images to the actual image printed on fabric. We cannot be held responsible for color variations due to different monitors or screens.
